Heaven and Hell
Lurk - Domain of Elice and Eliza
Eliza's followers and zealots descend to the lower planes of what would be the upper planes of Bennick's hell, to torture and punish those who sinned in life. Elice's souls are like angels fueled by revenge, occasionally ascending to the world of the living to snatch up evildoers on their deathbeds, before Hazza has the chance to.
The "angels" belong to Elice, whereas the "punishers" belong to Eliza. They have no true names, since the only time they're seen is by the unworthy when their time has come.
Elice's angels dart through Lurk like a series of back doors throughout Bennick. It exists within every shadow on and around Bennick, vanishing and reappearing as light changes, vanishes, and appears. A few of Elice's faithful can even drop in and out of the raven-black pool at will, and use it as a sort of shortcut to their destinations.
Lurk itself is shadows and represents death. It is composed of dozens of sub-realms with various, mostly unknown names. Dead trees and wilted flowers are the only foliage that exists within the realm of shadow. Spirits and souls are twisted, tattered and dark, fluttering between the many planes of Lurk of their own cognition. They are entirely unable to escape not only the torture they have already been put through, but the torture they will experience.
Elice's faithful that don't become vengeful angels are allowed to roam throughout Bennick, within shadows and darkness. They become flickers in the corners of people's eyes, they cast shadows down alleys, they cause lanterns to flicker, and breathe through every whispered secret. Families that follow Elice know that their loved ones are never too far away, and other devout occasionally speak with their departed loved ones.

Reave - Hazza's Playground
Those that are especially wicked are taken by the plague god himself, thrown into a massive land of plague, death, and horror, forever doomed to experience pain, agony, and suffering. The residents will never escape, forever playthings to Hazza's devout, the Toxic.
Reave is rarely spoken of in modern society, and any civilized individual would avoid the topic in any kind of conversation, even when speaking of the most wicked individuals. It is a well known superstition that mentioning Reave is bad luck, and speaking of it in any kind of detail brings great misfortune upon an individual.
However, not all of the vile and wicked souls go to Hazza's Playground, many evade the sickening tendrils of the god by luck and force of will, and manage to slip into Lurk or Tomb, but those unfortunate souls that are caught by Hazza's Playground only know horror and pain for the rest of their unlife, which is eternity.
The Toxic are also trapped forever in the forsaken place, their souls becoming twisted and vile things that cannot be recognized nor reclaimed. They become horror and death, condensed and personified into a vicious, demon-like form, and the other gods and goddesses are very careful when dealing with these individuals or their master. They must be sure to never allow the Toxic into the world, but several times throughout history, Under has released the Toxic in an attempt at humor for the goddess of death.

Tomb - The Grave of Kesi
Tomb is a place for wandering spirits with no true place to go. It is neither a heaven nor hell, with only a few eyes that watch Bennick and the other planes. The spirits are left there until one of Kesi's angels, the Spiritual, judge these wayward souls, and determine whether they go to Reave, Lurk, Birth, or Paradise.
The high ranking among Kesi's order are known as Prophets. They rarely visit Tomb, and mostly visit Bennick to announce important events to mankind. They announced the coming of Croisis, and were only silenced when Under had stolen their voices in an attempt to trick mankind into having to deal with the titan completely by themselves.
Tomb is like an endless cathedral, with gardens of long abandoned plants, and spirits are left to roam within until a Spiritual or Prophet happens upon them. The place is so incredibly large that some souls from the beginning of humanity still wander about, untouched and unseen by Kesi's followers, and therefore, untouched by reality from since they were alive.
The Spiritual are like silent and powerful judges, deciding who and what can pass through and to where. They are referred to as angels, and not nearly as often as demons, in fact they are literally referred to as judges, an appropriate fate for such an important aspect of the spirits.
The Prophets are a sort of tangent group of Spirituals, recycling old souls into Birth, whether they be good or evil. Regardless of atrocities or blessings that the individual soul had caused in life, the Prophets send them to Birth, attempting to reclaim the balance of reality among Bennick.

Birth - Ova's Arms
For the wicked there is a hell, Lurk and Reave. For the righteous there is a heaven, Paradise. But those with little alignment one way or the other on their moral compass, or those that committed both righteous and unholy in their lives are sent to Birth.
It is a realm similar to how existence is in life, but there is one important difference. The residents age backwards, starting at the age they were at their time of death. Once they are reverted back to life before being born as an infant, their spirit is taken back to the mortal plane, to be put back into the ranks of humanity again.
Therefore, those that lived long and happy (possibly unhappy) lives stay in this realm the longest, their spirit contemplating and existing for many years until they are eventually yanked back into reality.
The realm itself is drab when compared to the others, it resembles the typical village, but the homes extend almost endlessly over the horizon, vanishing and reappearing as spirits enter and escape. Ova herself resides in the castle within the realm's center, conservative in quality and charitable to the spirits that reside there.
Ova's disciples, known simply as Ova's Daughters and Sons, roam the plane, searching for the infants they must return to life. They resemble average people, no true angelic qualities among the likes of them. Yet they are some of the kindest, and will gladly lead wayward spirits to enlightenment.

Paradise - Valkyr's Home
Paradise is a realm for the truest, mightiest, and purest of champions! Paradise is the home of noble warriors, love struck doves, and other good doers and righteous. Those of highly good alignments are rewarded with a near eternity in Paradise, a literal paradise.
It is complete with feasts, parties, and tournaments of all kinds. Valkyr himself would be and occasionally is pleased with the various pleasantries and entertainments within his home realm. With honor he has crafted this realm for those deserving, those (mostly) free of sins and evil.
The center of Paradise is a massive arena, to truly prove one's honor in hundreds of tests of skill. Any spirit is welcome to join a tourney or simply watch and enjoy, but if a spirit hasn't challenged them self within a set amount of time, Paradise will end for that individual and they will be sent to Birth. The same goes for anyone who loses too many tourneys in a row, they are sent to Birth and then Bennick for more training for Paradise.
The only mediators within Paradies are Valkyr's three angels known as Justice, Hope, and Clarity. They are Valkyr's most trusted angels, only allowed residence within his realm as opposed to fighting his enemies so that they can destroy any evil that happens to seep in.
Paradise is eternal otherwise, and only those that commit horrid sin while in the realm are sent anywhere besides Birth, only once has anyone ever been sent directly to Lurk, and that was the case of the Valorous titan Croisis.
